Visual Relationship Management

Built for Rainmakers. Not Notetakers.

SalesVines is the board where a seller keeps the relationships they are actually selling. Capture the moment. Keep the evidence on the relationship. Move it when the conversation moves.

The product

See the relationship. Then move it.

A CRM records what the company needs to report. SalesVines holds what you need in front of you: the person, the screenshots, and whether the relationship is in SEED, GROW, or CLOSED.

It is mobile-first. A new screenshot lands in SEED. Drag the card when the conversation develops. Open the relationship and use Play Account to walk the evidence in order.

The SalesVines board. SEED, GROW, and CLOSED. Add a screenshot to capture an opportunity.

SEED

A new screenshot lands here. The add control reads Screen Shot. Capture an opportunity.

GROW

Drag the relationship here as the conversation develops. Add another screenshot when there is new evidence.

CLOSED

Move the opportunity here when it is complete. The history stays on the relationship.

Inside a focused column you may also see EARLY, ACTIVE, and READY. SEED, GROW, and CLOSED are the process. Seed. Grow. Close.

How it works

Screenshot. Drop. Move.

  1. 01Capture a screenshot of the contact, profile, or note you are allowed to keep.
  2. 02Drop it into SEED. That is the start of the relationship on your board.
  3. 03Drag it to GROW, and later to CLOSED, when the conversation moves.
  4. 04Open the relationship and use Play Account. It walks the evidence in order across SEED, GROW, and CLOSED.

Bring your own CRM

Keep Salesforce. Keep HubSpot.

SalesVines does not replace the company CRM, and it does not sync with it. Salesforce can stay the company’s record. HubSpot can stay. SalesVines is the workspace where you hold the relationships you are personally selling.

Salesforce

Your company loves Salesforce.
You don’t have to.

Keep Salesforce. Start loving selling again.

HubSpot

Your CRM tracks deals.
You build relationships.

There’s room for both.

Your CRM

What if you never had
to take another
CRM note?

Portable context

The evidence stays with the relationship.

Screenshots, notes, and movement live in your garden on this device. Settings includes Export Garden, which writes a salesvines-backup file with the images inside. Import Garden reads that file back. The context you captured travels with the backup you make. It is not posted into Salesforce or HubSpot.

Configurable automation

A nudge to sell. Not a nudge to update a CRM.

Daily Moves is an opt-in notification. It stays off until you turn it on in Settings. You choose the time, and you can limit it to weekdays. The note is a short public line, such as a prompt to make a few moves. It does not name a relationship, and it does not remind you to update a CRM.

Delivery to a phone depends on the installed app and system permission. SalesVines does not claim a notification appeared until that phone shows it.

Custom integrations

Useful without a connector.

SalesVines does not ship a Salesforce connector, a HubSpot connector, or an integration catalog. There is nothing to turn on. If a team later needs a specific handoff, that is a conversation on the demo, not a connector included with the product.

Who it's for

People who sell. Not people hired to take notes.

Rainmakers

Sellers who want the relationship, the evidence, and the next move in one place.

Sales leaders

Leaders who want less administration between the conversation and the follow-up.

Teams with a CRM

Teams that already run Salesforce or HubSpot and want a seller’s board beside that record.
