01 Understand What You're Selling 10 minutes

SalesVines is a relationship sandbox for professional sellers. An experienced enterprise salesperson built it because the work of selling was getting buried in administration.

It is for people who love selling and dislike unnecessary administration. Capture the relationship. Keep the evidence with it. Move it forward.

It does not need to replace Salesforce, HubSpot, or the company’s CRM. Those systems can stay the company’s record. SalesVines helps the seller capture relationships, organize evidence, and move business forward.

Core message

Keep the sales process sophisticated. Keep the tool simple.

Say it in under 60 seconds

SalesVines is where I keep the relationships I am actually selling. I drop in a screenshot, I see whether that person is in SEED, GROW, or CLOSED, and I move them when the conversation moves. It does not replace the company CRM. It keeps me selling.

02 Build Your Own SalesVines Pipeline 10 minutes

Open your own SalesVines account and build the vine you will sell from. Use the board that already exists.

  1. Create a vine for selling SalesVines. In the app, use + New Vine and name it.
  2. Identify five real prospects from relationships you already have.
  3. Capture screenshots of contacts, profiles, and the information that helps you sell. Only capture what you are allowed to keep.
  4. Drop them into SEED. A new screenshot lands there. The add control reads SCREEN SHOT, Capture an opportunity.
  5. Move relationships into GROW as conversations develop. Drag the card from SEED to GROW.
  6. Move completed opportunities into CLOSED.
  7. Capture evidence of progress along the way. Open the relationship and use + Add for another screenshot.

SEED

GROW

CLOSED

Completed

The board hint is: Add opportunity. Tap to focus. Drag to move. Inside a focused column you may also see EARLY, ACTIVE, and READY. You do not need those labels to sell. SEED, GROW, and CLOSED are the process.

Before you show a real contact

Prospect screenshots stay in your SalesVines account. Do not paste names, numbers, or company files into this page. Before a shared screen, turn on Demo Privacy in Settings. Blur Cards and Blur Proof hide images for a demonstration. Blur is not encryption. Lock Vine keeps a vine from being opened in passing.

03 Learn the Sales Conversation 15 minutes

Use a short discovery conversation in the spirit of SPIN Selling. Help the prospect recognize the cost of friction before you show the product.

  1. Situation How are you managing your important selling relationships today?
  2. Problem What slows you down? How much administration is involved?
  3. Implication How does that affect your selling time, focus, follow-up, and opportunities?
  4. Need / Value What would change if you could organize and move relationships forward with less effort?

Then demonstrate SalesVines. Open the vine you built in the last lesson. Show one real relationship moving, with privacy on if anyone else can see the screen.

The order

Cost of friction first. Product second. A prospect who feels the drag will understand a simple board. A prospect who has not felt it will see another tool.

04 Demonstrate and Close 15 minutes

Demonstrate your actual SalesVines workspace. The product is the demo.

  • Capturing a contact: a screenshot into SEED.
  • Adding screenshots: open the relationship, then + Add.
  • Moving a relationship forward: drag it from SEED to GROW, and later to CLOSED.
  • Reviewing relationship history: open the relationship and use Play Account. It walks the evidence in order across SEED, GROW, and CLOSED.
  • Using the visual workflow: three columns, one board.
  • Explaining Individual and Team options, with the prices below.

Pricing

  • Individual $1,169 annually.
  • Team Starts at five seats. $5,845 annually at standard per-seat pricing. Five seats at $1,169 is $5,845.
  • Ten seats Ten seats at $1,169 is $11,690 annually, at the same per-seat price.

Sales partner commission: proposed 30% of eligible annual subscription sales, subject to finalized partner terms. These examples illustrate that proposal. Payment depends on those terms and on a sale that qualifies. This is not a promise of income.

  • One seat 30% of $1,169 is $350.70.
  • Five seats 30% of $5,845 is $1,753.50.
  • Ten seats 30% of $11,690 is $3,507.

Ask clearly for the annual commitment.

Say the number and ask. “The Individual plan is $1,169 for the year. Should we start that?” For a team: “Five seats is $5,845 for the year. Should we start that?”

If they push back

We already use Salesforce.

Keep Salesforce if that is the company’s record. SalesVines does not replace it, and it does not sync with it. It is the workspace where you hold the relationships you are personally selling.

We already use HubSpot.

Same answer. HubSpot can stay. SalesVines is not a second system you have to administer for the company. It is where a seller keeps evidence and movement.

I don’t need another tool.

You may not. If the way you manage important relationships already protects your selling time, leave it. If administration is eating follow-up, this is a small board, not another platform to maintain.

My company controls our CRM.

That is common. You are not asking the company to swap its CRM. You are using a workspace for the relationships you sell. A team workspace is a later conversation, if they want one.

How is this different?

A CRM records what the company needs to report. SalesVines holds what you need in front of you: the person, the screenshots, and whether the relationship is in SEED, GROW, or CLOSED.

Why should I pay annually?

The offer is annual. Individual is $1,169 for the year. Team starts at five seats for $5,845 for the year. Ask for the year. There is no monthly price to invent in the conversation.

05 Commit and Start Selling 10 minutes
  1. Identify ten prospects. Put them in the vine, not on this page.
  2. Choose three people to contact first.
  3. Set a weekly sales commitment.
  4. Capture your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets on the card below, then screenshot it.
  5. Add that screenshot to your SalesVines workspace, in the vine you are selling from.
  6. Begin contacting prospects.

Your targets

Write numbers you will hold yourself to. Screenshot this card and drop it into SalesVines. Leave prospect names in the app.

Core message

The number creates focus. Relationships create opportunity. Movement creates results.

SalesVines Sales Ready

Mark an item when you can do it with your own account. Viewing the lessons does not check these boxes. Checking them records your own readiness on this device. It does not grant a certification.

First seven days

One action a day. Check it when you have done it. The check stays on this device so you can pick up tomorrow.

Sell a tool you actually use.

SalesVines partners use SalesVines to organize their own selling.

The product is the workspace. The workspace is the demonstration. The demonstration is part of the sales process.

Recommend it where you already have a professional relationship, and only where you would use it yourself. Commission stays a proposal until partner terms are finalized. Nothing on this page promises income, and nothing here closes the sale for you.
